Andrew Kuzma, Esq.

Andrew M. Kuzma, Esq. formed Kuzma Law Group, P.C. focusing on Wills, Estates, Trusts, Real Estate Law, Municipal Law, Zoning Law, and Personal Injury. A native of southwestern Pennsylvania, Andrew has drafted thousands of estate planning documents and helped administer hundreds of estates across the commonwealth. Andrew regularly appears before the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas and is a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, a privilege held by less than 1% of all attorneys.

Aside from practicing in the courtroom, Andrew is serving his second term as a member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, representing Allegheny and Washington Counties, and the 65,000 residents of the 39th legislative district. Andrew serves on Judiciary Committee along with, Game and Fisheries, Local Government, and Professional Licensure. Andrew was most recently featured on the Fox News Channel for his legislation that would forbid the sale of tianeptine, known as “Gas Station Heroin” in the Commonwealth. This legislation is aimed at saving lives and fighting the drug epidemic.

Andrew obtained a bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences with a minor in chemistry from the University of Pittsburgh. He then obtained a juris doctor from the Duquesne University School of Law. Andrew resides in Elizabeth Township with his wife, Hannah, and daughters, Natalie Mae and Sadie Louise.
